Rogerio Rizzi Oliveira transferred from São Paulo, Brazil, to Chicago, where he co-leads The Monitor Group’s Chicago office. Rogerio is living with wife Mirlaine and boys Henrique (7) and Felipe (2) in Kenilworth, Ill.
