Robert Goetsch sends a signal to reach Iqbal Walji, whom I’ve wanted to hear from too! Iqbal sends warm greetings from Pakistan, and promises that circumstances there are portrayed much worse than they are. He has been involved with the family travel business since leaving Kellogg. He and his wife have three children; their 20-year old daughter and 18-year old son are both studying in Canada, and their 15-year old is in 10th grade. Iqbal is an active civic leader with a strong commitment to the Agha Khan Development Network.
Robert is president of Zephyr Development Corp, a real estate firm in Thousand Oaks, Calif. He sends warm greetings to each of you.
Congratulations to David Ing, who has completed a five-year trans-continental assignment at IBM — his career there spanned 26 years. This happened just in time so he could accept a new role as president of the International Society for the Systems Sciences. During the summer he met with Ellen Pruyne while in London. He announced that Ellen is now a British citizen and started a new consultancy called Leopard & Lemur.
Our reunion is just months away, my friends. I expect a steady flow of news to continue. So keep ‘em coming, and don’t keep all of those digital photos to yourself!
