Mike Nugent is general manager of NuVal LLC, a nutrition scoring company, which rates foods from 1 to 100 on their nutrition quality. The company includes retail grocery customers, such as Meijer, Roundy’s, Kroger and other regional grocery stores throughout the country. Mike lives in Arlington Heights with his wife and two children, Mike (15) and Shannon (17). Mike says he is diligently saving his money for his daughter’s entry into college a year.
