1991 — Part-Time

I tracked down my old classmate, Jack Thompson, last month in Amsterdam. Jack has been traveling and building his very cool company, Tango Management Consulting. TMC provides innovative software and services for retail and corporate real estate and is a business adviser for many global retail companies. The company is based in Dallas and has offices in Toronto, Hong Kong and Hyderabad.

Jack’s best ideas evolve from graphs that he sketches on restaurant tablecloths. I still have one from Champs. Jack and his family live in suburban Dallas and can be reached at jack.thompson@tangomc.com.

Mary A. Winston was appointed to the Y of Greater Pittsburgh’s board of directors. She is the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Giant Eagle, Inc.
