Richard Morton writes: “In September, I accepted a position with Bank Financial F.S.B. as regional vice president of commercial banking in Lincolnshire, Ill. Bank Financial F.S.B. is a $1.5 billion publicly traded financial institution with 18 Chicago-area locations. We announced an agreement to acquire Downers Grove National Bank, a $240 million bank group in Chicago’s western suburbs, which is expected to close in early 2011.”
