Beau Brauer, Alan Handley, Ron Harris and Matt Williams, all EMP-60, at Ron’s wedding in Fort Wayne, Ind.

EMP-60

Alan Handley EMP-60 and daughters at Mount Rushmore

David Krauskopf has welcomed another son since our graduation! Gorgeous Conrad Andrew was born in August and weighed eight pounds, seven ounces and was 20.75 inches long. All in his family are doing well.

My favorite classmate (because he keeps in touch, hint, hint) Alan Handley wrote in to tell me about a fantastic RV trip across the U.S. he took this summer with his three daughters. They traveled from Chicago to Idaho and took a great photo at Mount Rushmore. He also was in Fort Wayne, Ind., to attend the beautiful wedding of Rockin' Ronny Harris and his lovely bride Carmen. Also attending were Beau Brauer and Matt Williams.

Vana Matte is living in Tulsa, Okla., and working at Dollar & Thrifty Automotive group as the vice president of information technology managing their portfolio and delivery. She has continued to build on her experience toward achieving a CIO role at a large company.

Bob Herzog was recently in Hong Kong and reminisced about his great trip there in 2005 with other EMP classmates.

Last and certainly not least, PA Wendin gave this uplifting update: "Update from the Swede: I am now living in the deep south —Nashville, Tenn. I even have a monstrous belt buckle that says "Sweden." They have a Kellogg alumni group here of a whoopin' four people. The best part of living here is that Kris and I have a new roommate - Tom Bronze! Our company InnLink is doing really well. We have grown it 40 percent since we took over in March '07."

Luckily Hurricane Gustav came and left without much damage, hope to hear from you all soon!
