EMP-24

After eight years in the credit card business, Rich Macha moved to health insurance and joined Independence Blue Cross (ibx.com) in Philadelphia as vice president of customer service. Macha writes, "This has been a wonderful move and I'm enjoying learning my way around Philly." Macha also joined the board of the National Adoption Center (adopt.org) and will be chairing the 2009 fundraiser gala. He said he'd love to reconnect with his EMP-24 colleagues, so please find him on LinkedIn (Linkedin.com).

Rachel Macha EMP-25 joined ICT Group (ictgroup.com) as SVP in strategic planning and marketing. Rachel returns to the business process outsourcing world in a senior leadership role with a top 10 global leader in the delivery of end-to-end customer sales, service, marketing, technology and back-office BPO services. She is active with the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware as a member of the executive advisory board. She still finds time to play the piano for Sunday afternoon church services at a local retirement home near her and Rich's home in Wilmington, Dela.

Rachel and Rich say they maintain two demanding jobs so "we can get some rest from their home responsibilities." The triplets turned 11 in July and the twins are eight years old. The family enjoyed summer weekends at their beach house in Rehoboth Beach, Dela.
