Thanks for the updates. Looks like most people enjoyed the summer.

In July, Shira Wachtel and Mimi Slogar summited Mount Rainier outside of Seattle. They completed the 14,500-foot technical mountain ascent on a three-day trek, along with Shira's fiancé Dan Epstein and a couple of other friends. Both Shira and Mimi agreed it was the most challenging thing they have ever done — more than graduating from Kellogg or the numerous distance triathlons they've competed in. Shira and Dan married Oct. 26 in Chicago. You can reach Shira at shiraleh@comcast.net and Mimi at mmslogar@yahoo.com.

Carl Castrogiovanni joined Miller Electric as business development manager. Miller is a leading producer of arc welding equipment and one of the largest divisions of ITW. Carl still enjoys riding his Harley, travelling and renovating old buildings. Carl resides in Milwaukee.

Christine Arylo (Schneider) launched a new venture, Girltalk... taking it deeper. It's a virtual place for women to get real and share their sassy, soulful wisdom about the topics that matter. It includes a bi-weekly talk show called "Let's Girltalk." The blog features women from 13-60 giving their points of view on the same topic. Check it out at letsgirltalk.com.

Thanks for the updates. As you go through these or other life experiences, keep your classmates up to date by forwarding me your news – babies, weddings, jobs, hobbies, or anything else noteworthy.
