Lidan Yang joined UBS mortgage strategy group as a director to cover residential mortgage credit. Her son Lucas Zhang started kindergarten with the Dalton School in New York City in September. The family moved to the Upper East Side to be close to the school. Lots of changes this summer indeed.

In March, Yury Dubinsky became the head of IT at Sawdust Investment Management.

Brad Scheidhauer is working in business development for Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America. He lives in Arlington Heights, Ill., with wife Chris and daughters Eleanor (2) and Jane (3 months).

It's been a very exciting year for Heather Hillebrand. She writes: "I am pleased to report that Jens Thiberg and I were married in Rome in October 2007 and overjoyed to announce the birth of our son Pierce Nolan Thiberg in August. All of this following a move out of corporate America into residential real estate sales at Dream Town Realty in 2006. We are living in Chicago."

Dan Boron started as the director of sales for the fresh flower wholesale business at FTD Inc. in Downers Grove, Ill. He and his family —wife Tracy, daughters Katie (4) and Molly (2) — are doing well and living in Highland Park.

In August, Todd Badgley was hired by Luquire George Andrews, one of the Southeast region's leading advertising, marketing and public relations agencies, to head the agency's client services department and drive business development for the firm.
