The Union League Club of Chicago elected David M. Shade '67 as first vice president. David is a founder, principal and CEO of Wellspring Partners Ltd., a performance improvement and turnaround firm serving hospitals throughout the country. Previously, he was a partner with Ernst & Young, where he advised healthcare clients on a variety of operations, management, financial and strategic issues. David and his wife Charlotte live in Crystal Lake, Ill. In addition to sons David Jr. and Paul, the Shades are the parents of daughter Lisa. |
