Margie Deasy-Antles called recently to say that she is busy using everything she learned at Kellogg to assist her husband's medical practice. It is an experience in change management and responding to complex forces.

David G. Hill is the team lead of DJ Basin and Paradox Basin for Encana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. We are glad to continue to have his leadership in this key sector that we all depend upon.

Susan Nedza was honored to receive the Administrator's Achievement Award at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in recognition of her leadership of the team that successfully launched the first physician pay for reporting program in Medicare.

Darrin Reilly is now the senior vice president of IPC and president of Government Systems Solutions Division IPC, A Silver Lake Partners Company, in New York.
