Hello, EMP-22. It has been a while since I have heard from anyone so I thought I would try and stir the bushes a little. I am still in Dallas trying to serve the world pasta at Maggiano's. I would enjoy hearing where you are and what you are doing, so please send me an e-mail. I travel through many of your cities, will be in Chicago on and off opening another restaurant and would welcome the opportunity to get together with some of you on one of those trips.
