Martin
Longo and Tomas Lange, both '03, enjoy a week of skiing
in beautiful Bariloche, northern Patagonia, Argentina
and the majestic Llao Llao Hotel for dinner. Neil Chernoff
'03 initially planned for the trip but could not make

Diane
Gómez shared this: "Who would have ever thought I
could be so impulsive? Well, when you know you know! After
meeting at work and going out on four dates in two short weeks,
John Thinnes proposed to me on Cinco de Mayo 2006 in Philadelphia,
the city of brotherly love. We married the next day. A larger
Catholic ceremony and celebration ensued on Feb. 23 in Miami
Beach. And what are you sure to find at a Kellogg alum's wedding?
You guessed it — a lot of other Kellogg alumni, especially
in the winter for an event in Miami! Those in attendance included
Belinda Roth (Marcus), Doug Stein '04, Juanita Haron,
Jenny Liang Milward; Ian Milward '02, Sue Lee Sabow,
Adam Sabow '04, Nancy Rosen, Jeanne Markland (Lukacek),
Greg Lief, Claudine Coto, and Raína Maldonado
'04. The wedding and celebration were 'an amazingly great
time' as one attendee stated. Another commented, 'that was
the most beautiful ceremony I have ever seen' — presumably
because the bride and groom dropped their jitters by committing
to a lifetime together nine months earlier. We would like
to say gracias to all the wonderful alumni that made the trip
to sunny South Florida."
Diane
and John both work for Cordis Corp., of Johnson & Johnson,
where Diane was recently promoted to senior product director
in the global strategic marketing group. John is a senior
engineer in new product development. Both will soon be leaving
Miami and relocating to New Jersey for work.
Diana
Matthews recently was accepted into the Broad Residency
Program, a management development program that places talented
early career executives into full-time paid positions at top
levels of urban school systems.
Deepak
K. Malhotra, PhD, has co-authored a new book, titled,
Negotiation Genius: How to overcome obstacles and achieve
brilliant results at the bargaining table and beyond (Bantam
Books, 2007). |
