Jose "Pepe" Rivas writes to tell us about Georgios Bakamitsos' wedding party in Athens in June. "It was a wonderful cocktail and dinner on a seaside cliff overlooking the ocean. Georgios and Marion are now living in New Orleans, where he is a marketing professor at Tulane. Other Kellogg alumni attending were Nina Ragone and Yianni Repouli. As for me, I am finishing my second year as a PhD student at Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. I decided to change careers and move to academics. My research interest field is corporate governance. Let's see how it goes."

Sven Zehnder has decided to leave VISA Worldwide Services and the beautiful Bay Area to continue his career at Nike, where he will be the new marketing director for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Slovenia. He writes: "I had a great time here in San Francisco and met Phelps Wood, Wayne Hill '97, Ross Khosrovi and Quinton Jay. I also enjoyed the French cheese and wine seminar, which Stu Fisher managed superbly. I started my new role on Oct. 1 with a base in Frankfurt and I am very much looking forward to it. Since I have worked there before, it feels like I am heading home!"

Susanna (Mandel-Mantello) O'Hagan launched her new company, Sm2 Sports Media Solutions, this April. The company specializes in delivery of high-definition signals for sports properties. They have distributed the Super Bowl, Golf Masters, Wimbledon, U.S. Open, PGA Championships and a number of other events. They have relocated to Greenwich, Conn., where Susanna occasionally sees fellow Keloggian Marco Azzaretti '97, who lives in Hartford. Besides Marco, Susanna is still in touch with Sven Zehnder as they both keep working in the sports industry.

Tim Daniels and Catherine Tantoco Daniels announce with much pride and joy the birth of their son, Dashiell Grey (nicknamed "Dash") in March. Tim and Catherine adore the newest family member, who has so far been a very calm, placid and happy baby, while big sister Ava Scarlett (3) is still asking why she can't trade him in for a sister. Catherine has thoroughly enjoyed "mummy-ing" full-time during her eight-month maternity leave, two months of which she and the children spent in the Philippines with extended family. She returns to work with Reckitt Benckiser as global brand marketing manager in October. Tim works for Barclays as director of corporate finance for the credit card businesses. Tim and Catherine are based in London and on separate occasions have recently seen some '96 classmates: Heather McAndrews, Cecile Tiano, Mark Ozer, Patrick Tham and Nick Reynolds, as well as Cindy Bolton '97, Brett Adams '98 and Karina Rufino Van den Oever '00. "To all the Kelloggians passing through London, we would love to see you! Send us an e-mail at tcdaniels@tiscali.co.uk."

After taking a year off from the working world, Amanda Wilson rejoined it in June as the director of marketing at Krups/Rowenta USA. "Having the time off was an incredible gift (courtesy of a generous severance package from Gillette). I was able to spend some real quality time with my two kids, Ellie (4) and Max (2), and partner Barb (I won't mention her age) as well as focus on all the details and decision-making necessary when building a new house here in Needham, Mass."

Brandyn Criswell Iverson was married in February in Napa Valley at Calistoga Ranch, which also happened to be the project she worked on developing from 2001-2004. Fellow alums in attendance were Julie Roberts '94 and Elizabeth Duff. Elizabeth got married in Connecticut just a few months later, so they had fun sharing wedding planning war stories together during the winter. Brandyn and husband Dane are also happy to share the news of the arrival of Beck Iverson, who was born in July.
