Diane Berenbaum is pleased to report that she recently co-authored the book How to Talk to Customers: Create a Great Impression Every Time with MAGIC, which was published by Jossey-Bass. It will soon be translated into simplified Chinese and published in mainland China. She is a partner and senior vice president of Communico Ltd., a customer service training and consulting company in Westport, Conn.

Harry M. Jansen Kraemer Jr. joined the Shields Meneley Parners Advisory Board. He will provide strategic guidance to the firm's founders, Hugh Shields and Gail Meneley, as they expand the firm's career transition, coaching and life planning services to the nation's most elite senior executives.
