Antje
Schröder finally married her long-time partner Michl on
Halloween 2005. Michl is now in Singapore with Antje —
he gave up his job at BASF (or "accepted an offer that
he could not refuse").
Michael
Wiedemann was appointed product line director for DHL
Express Europe on July 1. In his new role, Michael is responsible
for the air express services originating in Europe. Michael
and his family are now located in Brussels, Belgium.
After
having acted as interim director for the Europe division of
Entrepreneurs' Organization Network, launching new chapters
and implementing systems and processes as well as connecting
private sector entrepreneurs to social sector ones to increase
the learning for both, Nina Neelsen is now the interim
COO for the nonprofit dropping knowledge, which is an initiative
for social change through raising awareness and connecting
individuals, NGOs and corporations by fostering an open dialogue
and empowering all who want to turn from apathy and become
active in dealing with global issues and which just hosted
the first Table of Free Voices on Sept. 9 in Berlin.
Naren
Karattup has taken up a position with Trolltech ASA, an
Oslo-based, second-generation open-source software company,
as global product director. In this role, he is responsible
for product and marketing strategy across Trolltech's locations
in Oslo, Berlin and Palo Alto.
Frank
Rembs changed his position within Superior Graphite Europe,
a Delaware corporation of Superior Graphite Co. located in
Chicago, so he had the opportunity to visit Chicago again.
