In October, Simon Kelner relocated with Merck & Co. to the company's New Jersey headquarters to take on a new position, director international compensation.

Congratulations to Eran Gorev for the birth of his third daughter, Yali, who was born on Sept. 20, 2005. Yali is sister to Lee-Or (6) and Maya (3).

Guy Horesh reports that his current activities with Target Business Development Ltd., involve connecting companies wishing to sell equipment and/or technology to cellular GSM operators in Eastern and Western Europe and in Africa. The company employs a group of ex-GSM CTOs and a large network of local agents, each with a special intimate contact to the target customer. The company also provides a similar solution for companies in the medical devices sector. Guy would be happy to assist Kellogg alumni in their business endeavors with the abovementioned industries and markets.
