and chief operating officer of APICS, The Association for
Operations Management.
Janice
Howse joined Grainger in August 2005 as vice president
of customer service phone channel. She manages Grainger's
industrial supplies specialty service centers in Illinois,
Iowa and Michigan, as well as the phone channel infrastructure
supporting the more than 400 Grainger branches across the
nation. Janice's daughter Brittany, a nationally ranked gymnast,
will be attending Cornell University in the fall.
