Tokyo-area class of '96ers had their own mini 10-year reunion in Japan during September.

Mina Yago Aono writes: "I hope you had good time at the reunion in May. I really wished I could join, but the schedule did not fit my husband's. Instead, we had a 10-year reunion among the Tokyo-area class of '96. The local reunion was held at the Tokyo American Club on Sept. 3. Participants included: Ghen Akiyama, Minako Aono (Yago), Kazuko Horiuchi (Nakamura), Kenji Kitagawa, Masahiro Kobayashi, Akira Masunaga, Koichi Matsubara, Teruaki Nakatsuka, Masahiro Ozaki, Iwao Shibata, Nobutaka Shinya, Emiko Yasuda (Taguchi), Hisashi Yoshikawa and families. Since some of us had been abroad after graduation and did not have a chance to meet, it was great to be able to see each other after many years. Masahiro Ozaki, who joined the reunion in May, updated us on Kellogg, classmates and Evanston.
