Jay Lipe writes, "Celebrated my 13th year in business for myself as president of Emerge Marketing.com. My second book, Stand Out from the Crowd: Secrets to Crafting a Winning Company Identity, came out this year. Our eldest daughter Chandler (16) has applied to become an AFS student overseas next year. Our son Carson (12) harbors dreams of playing baseball in the major leagues. My wife Page continues to build an international reputation as a figure-skating coach. We recently celebrated our 23rd anniversary."
