Dona Vitale writes, "I have just had a book published: Consumer Insights 2.0 (Paramount Market Publishing). The book outlines how to conduct and use marketing research more creatively. It's based on my experience in advertising and marketing research, most recently as head of my own research consulting firm, Strategic Focus Inc., located in Chicago."
