Kellogg Korea alumni club members at the welcome party
for prospective alumni |
Korea
The Kellogg Korea
alumni club welcomed prospective alumni at the Seoul Plaza
Hotel in May. This year 11 admissions
were issued to and accepted by Korean applicants, who have
impressive careers in various fields, strong motivation and
lively spirits. About 20 Kellogg alumni, including the current
alumni club president Yung-Ku Ha ’81, plus Seok-Joon
Hong ’86, Seung-Doo Park ’86, Woong-Ryul (Wayne)
Lee ’93 and Myung-Ho Park ’93 were there to celebrate
the party for the newcomers.
After the introduction
and welcoming ceremony, Kellogg Academia, a lecture series
on various management topics presented
at
alumni meetings, featured a talk on performance evaluation
by Sung-Hwan Lee ’75, who heated the hall with enthusiasm.
This year’s
welcome party was special because a writer from Forbes
Korea was there to interview Kellogg Korea alumni
for an article in its July 2003 issue. The meeting started
with a display of many photos of Kellogg Korea alumni club
members taken by a Forbes photographer. The three-page article
featured the Kellogg School and its alumni in Korea with
quality content. |
