South Florida alums convene for a poolside fiesta.

The Kellogg Alumni Club of South Florida, together with the local NU club, organized two events around spectator sports. In August, we attended a Marlins baseball game en masse. In December, more than 45 local alums will be cheering on the Dolphins (or the visiting Bears) at a “Monday Night Football” game.

In September, David Contreras reclassified himself as a married man, wedding Margarita at a beautiful ceremony in Coral Gables.
Several events are in the process of being planned, so if you are not on Willy Kotas’ email list, please contact him for details. Aside from pure Kellogg events, we will be staging various joint activities (both academic and social) with other top-tier MBA clubs. Our Kellogg club has mobilized 17 other local MBA alumni associations into a loose federation to co-promote events, so expect a full calendar starting this fall.
