The Kellogg Alumni
Club of Australia held its sixth annual discussion forum Aug.
15 in Melbourne at The Australian Club. The guest speaker
was the recently appointed American ambassador to Australia,
Tom Schieffer. Total attendance numbered in excess of 100
people, including alumni of Amos Tuck (Dartmouth), Columbia,
Harvard, IMD, INSEAD, London Business School, MIT Sloan, Stanford,
University of Chicago and the Wharton School.
Guests for the
evening also included the acting American Consul-General to
Melbourne, George Brazier; chairman of the Commonwealth Bank
of Australia, John Ralph; President of the Worldwide Presidents
Organisation, Chris Murphy, and his wife, Carmi; and Brian
Mallon, executive director of the Royal Children’s Hospital
Foundation.
