EMP-11

Mike Ryan turned 50 and the class study group had much fun emailing back and forth concerning Mike’s current status in reaching another plateau. Congratulations Mike.

Jim Szewczyk emailed me and wanted everyone to know that after 20 years with Nabisco he has recently retired. Jim and family survived many promotions and relocations with Nabisco having lived in Illinois, North Carolina, Tennessee and New Jersey. They now are back in Chattanooga, Tenn. Jim became a grandpa in October. He can be reached at aeri@comcast.net.

Get this, Mike Batka is driving a black, off-road,Ford pickup truck with a gun rack, fishing gear and is ready to meet any and all terrorists as long as they meet him on the back roads of Indiana. John Hathaway and Mike shared some quality time together. Mike wants Denise to be sure and invite him if she has an EMP-11 get together. Mike is at 12330 Kingfisher Road, Crown Point, IN 46307.

John Goebel says that he loves to see all the class notes from you folks, so keep me informed and I will pass on all your news.

Jan Leestma has moved offices and has a new telephone number. He can be reached at 312.988.2500, or by email at JLeestma@aol.com.

Robert Milburn and his wife, Marlys, moved to South Carolina a couple of years ago as a part of a job change. He is splitting his time between his own consulting practiceand teaching an MBA program run by Webster University in Columbia, S.C. Rob can be reached at robertmilburn@yahoo.com or call him at 803.771.9182 some evening. He would be glad to hear from you.

Your class rep is about to relive his young adult life over again. I have spotted a ’50 Olds Slant back that I want. It’s just like the one I had in 1959. So, look for me tooling around in it. Hope that the summer was good to all of you and that you will keep in touch with me often.
