Floy Theodore “Ted” Oldham III and his wife, Sue, are the proud parents of Erin Allison Oldham, born April 5 in Houston.

The board of directors of Bulley & Andrews has appointed Allan E. Bulley III president of Bulley & Andrews, the holding company for Bulley & Andrews LLC. The Chicago-based general contractor was founded in 1891.

Edwin and Julie (Milbratz) Bender report they are having fun with daughter Hannah Jane, who joined them Dec. 13, 2001.

Rob Malone will increase his leadership responsibilities at Troy, Mich-based ArvinMeritor to include the group’s ride control business, as well as its filter operations. Malone currently is vice president and general manager of the company’s light vehicle aftermarket business group.

Edwin and Julie (Milbratz) Bender lovingly welcomed their daughter, Hannah Jane, into the world Dec. 13, 2001. They were grateful she arrived six days late, as she was born on the day after Edwin’s last final in his first quarter as an MMM at Kellogg.
