Debra Zahay has
been an assistant professor of marketing and e-commerce at
North Carolina State in Raleigh for the past two years. She
writes with the exciting news that her thesis research on
customer information management is to be published as a Marketing
Science Institute working paper titled, “Are Customer
Information Systems Worth It?: Results from Business to Business
Services.” In her spare time, Debra is training for
a mini-triathlon and enjoys catching opera performances in
Chicago and New York when she has the chance.
