Tina Ruddy has been named a partner at Directions Research Inc., a Cincinnati-based marketing research firm. She joined DRI in 2000 and founded the Chicago client service office, servicing the Midwest. She lives in Kenilworth, Ill., with her husband, Milton Richards, and children.
