Eduardo Silva has taken an exciting opportunity in Manila as business process and technology director, Asia. He commuted back and forth between the U.S. and the Philippines until July, when his family joined him. With Ming, Giese and now Eduardo in Asia, we are establishing our EMP-69 Asia presence!

Tom Newell was promoted to vice president of finance and is now responsible for the globalization of the shared-service organization for Wolters Kluwer. In this role, Tom is responsible for ensuring the optimal utilization of resources in the areas of back-office systems and infrastructure technology while balancing significant investments into the infrastructure cloud environment to support growth in the online software and content distribution systems.
Jim Sarwark was promoted to executive vice president of the Nelsen Steel Company in January, and in May, he was appointed to the board of directors of the Metals Service Center Institute (a trade organization that advocates for the steel industry and manufacturing in the United States).
Kris Zeglin was promoted at HP to vice president for the marketing, imaging and printing group for the Americas.
