Elaine C. Long assumed a new role on June 20 as leadership development consultant at Advocate Condell Medical Center. Elaine will advise, coach and train managers and staff in their leadership capabilities, as well as consult on organizational change and talent-management efforts. She comments that it is a welcome challenge at this juncture of her professional career. She will continue to teach yoga and counsel Ayurveda clients. Elaine can be reached at longelaine@comcast.net.
