Rich Sypniewski will be competing in the triathlon in the Gay Games 2010 on July 31 in Cologne, Germany, and in the Chicago Triathlon in August.

Stefanie Cavallo-Egan and Bob Egan welcomed baby girl Sophia Elisabeth on June 28, 2009. She was born on Cape Cod and has already determined that she's going to be a beach baby! Stefanie continues to grow her photography business and consults on marketing and product development.

Alison Gutterman was named president of Jelmar, the maker of CLR and a woman’s business enterprise. Jelmar is a particpant in the Design for the Environment Program with the EPA. Alison has two kids —Michaela (4) was adopted from Guatemala and Eli (3 months) was a domestic adoption.

Mary Olson-Menzel announces that Christopher Michael Menzel was born Oct. 20, 2009. Mary accepted a position as a New York partner for Ascend Executive Search. She is building the New York office and is responsible for managing and executing high-level executive recruiting and executive coaching. She is living in Westchester County, N.Y., with husband Dan, her two stepkids Samantha (10) and Connor (8); and newest addition Christopher (7 months).
