Sonny Bal had a busy 2009! He served as interim chairman of the department of orthopedic surgery at the University of Missouri School of Medicine while also completing the coursework required to obtain a law degree. To top it off, he took and passed the bar exam! Sonny is looking forward to setting up a patent and healthcare law firm as a side venture in addition to his work as associate professor of orthopedic surgery at the University of Missouri.
