Selina Joya McUmber is heading up Mexico operations at Capright Property Advisors LLC, a real estate valuation and consulting firm specializing in institutional quality commercial assets. She’ll work out of the Chicago office. She lives in Oak Park with her husband Patrick and two sons, Mark (3) and Luke (1).

Kent Smith accepted a new position as director of finance for Amble Resorts. Amble Resorts is a developer of eco-friendly condominium/hotel resort complexes in Panama, Belize and Costa Rica. In his new position, Kent will oversee debt and equity-raising for new developments as well as oversight of financial reporting. 

Nate Weeks is chief financial officer at BP’s Cherry Point Refinery in Blaine, Wash., having moved from Texas City, Texas, in May.

Michael Johnson is the proud father of new son Evan (6 months).
