Tom McGlade writes: “After over 20 years at Vienna Beef Ltd. in Chicago, I left to join Rubschlager Baking Corp. as president and CEO. Rubschlager is best known for its cocktail rye bread, available in every grocery store coast to coast. I live in the Chicago suburbs and I have been married to my wife Denise for 19 years. We have three kids (Jim 17, Katie, 16 and Jeff, 14). It is not as bad having three in high school as it will be to have three in college! I still see Howard Eirinberg, Dan Kovacevic and Dave Ryan ’84 regularly and have season tickets to the ’Cats football games.”
