EMP-38
Hello Classmates. By the time you read this, I will have participated in my fourth MS 150 Ride and nine of our EMP classmates have made a donation to MS this year. Thank you all so much.
Ernest Lucineo checked in to let us know he continues his work at InterCall running the PMO shop. He says, "We have a lot of interesting projects under way that will have a positive impact on the business; implementation will be later this year." Apparently work isn't the only place Ernest puts his project management skills to work. He adds: "I am re-landscaping my yard which is a bigger job than I originally thought when I started. My thumb is definitely not green nor are some of the shrubs I planted. I have caught up to a few of my group members Gordon Obrecht (skydiving), Jacquie (AT&T) and Marcia (Erie, Pa.) but have not heard from Mark Pestrak or Jeff Marshall (believed picked up by aliens and whisked away)."
Mike O'Dell is commuting from St. Charles to Philly. He is CEO at Pep Boys and even in this economy Mike reports that their business is on the upswing. On a personal front, Mike reports, "our oldest is looking at colleges. Life is good!"
More news from Intercall. Scott Etzler reports that Intercall "passed our billion-dollar threshold in revenue and has now become the No. 1 provider in the world. We are also the largest in North America, EMEA and APAC. I have lots of classmates to thank that are great customers!"
Larry Kosinski was named to the board of directors of Sherman Hospital, but he says, "The bad thing is that I'm still not a grandfather." I told Larry he should have negotiated his BATNA before the wedding.
