I hope you enjoyed a wonderful winter. If you haven't submitted any personal news recently, we want to hear from you! Please also include a high-resolution digital photo of yourself or your family and we will share your contribution with our alumni community through Kellogg World. Thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Todd Thorne writes: "I'm living and working in my hometown of Pendleton, Ore., with my wife of 15 years, Patti, and our daughter Kendyl (11). We live on a 2,500-acre wheat farm and wildlife ranch just north of Pendleton. I am CFO for Bisnett Inc., a financial services and insurance business, where I handle financial oversight for the firm and act as senior investment portfolio manager for our clients. I enjoy many outdoor activities, including snow skiing and snow boarding, water skiing, cycling and hunting." Todd can be reached at 541.310.9038 or by e-mail at tmttrader@aol.com.

Jim Vincent shares this report. "After years of building and turning around businesses for real estate and finance groups at GE, Nomura, Capital One and Bank of New York, I partnered with a former co-worker, a Booz Allen alum, to launch Navigant Partners last fall. We blend up-front consultant and longer term operating partner roles to help our clients grow their businesses. This growth typically includes M&A, new market entry, strategic partnering or capital injections. We inject a team of mid- to senior-level operating partners, much like a turnaround firm would do, for a hyper-growth type of situation. The firm and team then share in the risk/reward of the business growth. Personally, I've been married nearly 24 years and have three children, ages 10 to 18. I took our oldest son to tour Northwestern this spring as he was recently accepted there and is excited about the prospects that it holds for him." Contact Jim at 214.540.6512 or e-mail him at vincentjdv@sbcglobal.net.

Steve Rosenberg writes: "I live in Chicago with my beautiful wife, Hilary, and our two great kids, Ethan (6) and Ava (4). I recently became director of institutional sales for LEK Securities, moving my existing institutional brokerage business to start such an operation for LEK. My business manages equity order flow for customers such as investment management companies, hedge funds, corporations and other broker dealers. LEK is a brokerage firm specializing in front-end trading technology and back-office clearing and order management solutions for institutional equity customers." E-mail Steve at s1rosenberg@chx.com.

Seasoned construction and government contracts counselor Neil Miltonberger was recently appointed vice president of The Kenrich Group's Chicago office.
