Vianna writes: "After 30 years of corporate life in human resources, I moved to Carlsbad, Calif., just north of San Diego, where I am the head area chair of undergraduate business and management at the University of Phoenix San Diego Campus. When I am not teaching, I write mystery novels and nonfiction books (10 published thus far). This is a far cry from what I thought I'd be doing as a student at Kellogg, but I've come to realize that re-careering at any age is possible."
