Hi, classmates. A number of you have asked how to obtain contact information for fellow Kellogg alums. Go to the Kellogg Web site at alumni.kellogg.northwestern.edu/index.htm. Click on Network Tools, then Alumni Directory.

Cathy (Raines) Wright writes: "We are moving back to Minnesota. I have taken a job at Target as director of financial goals and forecasts."

Rosalie "Delaney" A. Ward Neuwirth writes: "The business writer formerly known as Delaney is now 'writer in residence' in two home bases — one in Philadelphia (most of the time); the other in Gulf Shores, Ala., (especially during hurricane season)." Now retired professionally, Delaney says, "Writing was always more than a career for me. It continues to be a way of life."

Steve Yevich writes: "I'm still CFO at Brink's Home Security, having been here for more than nine years. My partner, Terry, and I recently saw Jan (Steinman) Krikorian and Rand Krikorian at my 30th undergraduate reunion at Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Va. In June, Terry and I celebrated 20 years as a couple by taking a cruise through the Baltic Sea."

Mike French writes: "I was recently appointed senior vice president, corporate strategy and business consulting group, at Brown-Forman. In this role, I lead the development of the company's strategic agenda, partnering with senior leadership in areas such as global portfolio strategy, competitive analysis, opportunity assessment and scenario planning. I also direct an internal team that manages strategic business improvement projects for other senior executive clients across the organization. Meanwhile, my oldest son, Brian, is a senior at Columbia University, my middle son, Matthew, is a sophomore at the University of Kentucky, and my youngest son, Sean, is about to enter high school. My wife, Robin, who I met while in business school, has her own small landscaping and gardening business. We will celebrate our 29th anniversary this fall. We have now been in Louisville for about four years and really love it. I have hired several Kellogg grads in the past couple of years, and I hope to continue that trend."

Joe Hasten has been promoted to president and CEO of ShoreBank. Formerly vice chairman and head of the corporate banking business of U.S. Bancorp, Joe will be responsible for all activities and operations of ShoreBank and its offices in Chicago, Cleveland and Detroit. "ShoreBank has a tremendous legacy in the community development banking industry and in demonstrating how economic opportunities and environmental progress are interdependent," he said. "I am honored to become part of its history and to help move the bank forward."

Finally, Colin Kresock and I write that our son, Will, graduated from Colorado Academy in June and will attend Hamilton in the fall. He'll major in economics and play golf for the Continentals. Our daughter, Elizabeth, is an excellent golfer as well. She recently completed her sophomore year at Colorado Academy and finished second in the state high school golf championship.
