A group of Sydney alumni got together for a barbecue on ANZAC (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) day in April. Pictured from left: Elaine Riggs Wilhelm '94 with daughter Sophie, Jen Hornery '96, Lauren Wilhelm, Sophie Dyson, Arturo Mauleon with daughter Anna, Ian Dyson '96 and wife Sarah Bisley with son, Joe. Wil Wilhelm '95 was attending training in New York and so missed out on the fun.

Thanks to Lisa Damkroger Earnhardt and the rest of the reunion committee for a fantastic event! Our class had a record turnout and everyone seemed to have a great time.

Emily Edwards writes with an update: "I am making a major career change — I've 'retired' from NCR and joined Bank of America in May heading up their online sales marketing. I've decided to go this route to keep us in Charlotte for the long haul, avoid being on the road all the time, while still having great challenge and opportunities for the next five, 10, 15 years of my career. Hopefully, this will be the first step of a whole new career for me."

Mike Arbour hosted a group of Kelloggians at his golf club at Inverness over Reunion Weekend. Play was ugly at times but not as ugly as the peach pants worn by our host. All kidding aside, Mike looked great and we all had a fantastic time. After the round, Mike's wife Ericka and sons Jake, Ryan and Griffin stopped by to say hello and demonstrate their putting skills.

Nectar Ramirez-Gosdin writes with an update: "I am regional sales director for Hillenbrand Industries in the Northeast. I am based in Manhattan and selling caskets and urns of all things. I love it. I married Terry Gosdin seven years ago this May — big theater fan — must have been the influence Special K had on me while at Kellogg. Will be in New York City until January 2007, then I am going back to Cincinnati to the headquarters. I am looking forward to getting together with all the Kellogg alums I saw at the reunion who live in NYC or come here often." As a side note to the other Special K 'fly girls' she writes: "I am still dancing as often as I can."

Curt Brockelman recently launched a volatility arbitrage hedge fund in New York City. He and his wife Alisa Sacerdote '97 have three children — Curtis (6), Nina (5) and Bridget (2) — and are living in Greenwich, Conn. Curt would like to re-connect with any classmates as they travel through NYC area.

Matt Mochary recently co-directed the documentary, "Favela Rising," which won the Best Emerging Documentary Filmmaker award at the Tribeca Film Festival and aired on Cinemax on May 30. The film tells the story of Anderson Są, a former drug trafficker turned community leader in the Brazilian favela (squatter settlement) where Są grew up.

Gabriel Biguria's Los Angeles-based company, AmigoLatino, was recently featured in the Los Angeles Times. The company connects immigrants with their relatives throughout Latin America via teleconference.

George Atkinson was recently promoted to senior client partner at Korn/Ferry International, where he specializes in senior-level executive recruitment in the durables and packaged goods sectors.
