Ronald P. Geisler joined Augustine Medical, a division of Arizant Healthcare, as director of sales for Germany and business development manager for Eastern Europe. Arizant Healthcare develops and manufactures a complete line of temperature-management products for the hospital market.

Several students from WHU-05 successfully participated in the Eurocity Marathon 2004 in the Frankfurt area. Co-organized by the WHU (WHU Generations Cup), Petr Vecereck, Christian Kockler, Thomas Knittel, Christian Vorbeck and Zubair Ecarius-Kunze represented WHU-05. Zubair, as a single starter, ended with the excellent time of 2:58:08, and with it he could have beaten the relay represented by Petr, Thomas, Christian and Christian. All are willing to give it another go in 2005, with beating Zubair as their motivation.

Wajdi Mattar and wife Nina have some good news to share: On May 4 their second daughter was born, named Rhea.

The biannual reunion weekend of WHU-O5 is scheduled for Aug. 5 to 8 in Prague. This will be a wonderful occasion to share new post-MBA experiences (professional and private) and to spend a wonderful time in this beautiful city. See you all there!
