Guy Horesh recently joined Motorola NSA (Network Service Applications) as a sales manager to promote its billing solutions for cellular operators worldwide via sales, marketing and other business development activities within the related industry. Motorola's integrated billing and administration system provides cellular telecommunication operators with tools for better usage management, monitoring and provisioning of its operating business.
