Agnes Chan (aka "Class CEO") has taken a new position with one of the largest banks in China, the China Construction Bank. Agnes is head of investor relations and her role involves building the investor relations team, along with formulating the systems and procedures for the investor relations functions, as well as marketing the profit potential of the bank and building relationships with the media and investment community. Agnes remains in Hong Kong, but her second home is Beijing, where the bank is headquartered. Congratulations, Agnes!

More congratulations to Elizabeth Judson. Beth and her husband John are the proud parents of a baby girl, Madeline Ann, born in Hinsdale, Ill., outside Chicago, on Aug. 5. By the time this issue is published, we will all be celebrating her first birthday! Since motherhood wasn't enough of a challenge, Beth has taken on a new role with BP as global marketing manager for the Naphthalates chemical line, with responsibility for growing sales and revenue for the product internationally.
