Blackburne has joined
Melaver Inc. as CFO. He started in mid-April and will relocate
to Savannah, Ga., with his family this summer. Melaver Inc
is a sustainable property development and management company
that is active in the Southeast.

J. Ward has been promoted to president of the diagnostics
and information group and elected a vice president of Snap-on
Inc. In his new position Ward is responsible for a number
of businesses that focus on products and services for the
global automotive aftermarket and original equipment manufacturers.
