EMP-21

EMP-20's Jim Zerwas reports that a national focus on electronic medical records (EMR) has been the catalyst for his firm, Minneapolis-based StoneBridge Group, to grow by more than 50 percent in 2004. A management consulting firm specializing in the healthcare industry, the firm has established new offices in Denver and Chicago. Prompted by President Bush's plan to ensure that most Americans have electronic medical records within the next 10 years, the company has brought its EMR expertise to healthcare organizations across the country. StoneBridge Group is also contributing to the EMR movement through its local and national involvement in the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society.
