Cathie
Love
checks in with news of a fantastic vacation her family took:
"Our big news is that George Berg (CAS '82 and McCormick
'88) and I took a fabulous trip to the Antarctic peninsula
this winter! My sisters and mom all came to take care of our
girls and they all had great fun. What an incredible place
— such stunning beauty, wonderful penguins, impressive
whales and powerful nature. We had one particularly amazing
morning with humpback whales all around our Zodiacs, going
under them and coming up to look at us. We also spent hours
happily watching penguins or on the top deck of a boat watching
the icebergs and glaciers glide by. Lucky us!" |
