LaShanya Aikerson has moved to Atlanta since graduation and works for IBM, a job she got as a results of Kellogg's recruiting process. LaShanya writes "I am a management consultant in business innovation services (part of global services) focused on change management and e-business. I enjoy consulting and have worked in L.A., New York, Washington, D.C., New Jersey, Virginia, and more. I got my first promotion just over six months ago and have also been playing a role in IBM's recruitment efforts. Professionally, I have joined a few Atlanta chapters of professional organizations, and participate when I am in town. For fun, I enjoy hanging out with friends, enjoying Atlanta (or whatever city I happen to be in for work or fun reasons), reading, dancing, and being around good music. Overall, I like Atlanta very much and I am about to purchase my first house. I will move June 1."
