Hello from Riverwoods, Ill. I have had a great time running into old Kellogg friends since my oldest son began grade school last September. I have already discovered three classmates who have children at our school. My son was assigned a seat in his first grade class next to this adorable red-haired girl who turned out to be the daughter of Janet Novak Goldberg. I see Lynette Barnes Hinch at the health club every once in a while and often run into Renee Frishman Hochberg at 6-year-old birthday parties. Many of our classmates seem to have settled in this area north of Evanston.

Renee Frishman Hochberg just had her 17-year anniversary with Hewitt Associates. She is a principal with the firm that handles the administration and customer service of benefit programs primarily for Fortune 500 companies. She just began her third assignment there leading their newly formed alliance development group. Renee lives in Northbrook, Ill., with her husband and two sons, ages 9 and 6. Shešs looking forward to summer camping with her family in Nova Scotia and Acadia National Park in Maine. You can e-mail Renee at renee.hochberg@hewitt.com.

My old friend Claire Schwartz Farber writes: "I've got Stephanie (9) and Jessica (5). Stephanie is a tomboy -- just like her mom! So we're busy running from soccer to basketball to wrestling matches. Yes, wrestling. Befitting for a young girl growing up in the backyard territory of "The Sopranos." I started a new product development firm a few years ago. Now with clients like Pepsi, Unilever and Bristol-Myers it keeps life very interesting." To say hi or if you want new product or positioning work help, e-mail her at claire543@aol.com.

As we celebrate Kellogg's newest graduates in this issue of Kellogg World, we thought we'd look back a few years ago to our own graduation. Remember little Jennie Anderson, daughter of Lane Anderson and his wife, Robyn, who would entertain us during group meetings at the Anderson household? Well Jennie is now a senior at Brigham Young University! Lane and family have lived in Denver for the last 12 years. He is executive vice president of the Flagship Group Inc. Six years ago Lane helped purchase a small custom doll line. He's been building the My Twinn line ever since (www.mytwinn.com). The company also produces My TwinnŽBabies and Poseable Puppies. I suspect Lane and Robyn's family of five girls and one boy served as great focus groups as they developed the concept and brand name. Annie will be a high school senior next year, Lindsay a junior, Kristen begins 8th grade and Whitney is six. Nathan, turns four soon.

Kenneth A. Grady was appointed vice president, general counsel and secretary of KB Toys. He is responsible for all legal aspects of the day-to-day operations of KB Toys and its subsidiaries.

Karla Mansfield was named chief financial officer for Delta Dental Plan of Illinois.

Barb Rehmus Epperson was last seen in London, working for Chevron. Are you still there Barb? Shoot us an e-mail. Leigh Stokes and Tom Gerlach live in Seattle with sons, John (9) and William (5). Leigh retired from Bank of America two years ago and enjoys time with her boys. Tom is general manager of Turner, covering a northwest territory that has grown exponentially. He had taken on some national assignments. Leigh reports he is very happy.
