Michael ended a 14-year run in the hospitality field in late May 2017 and embarked upon positions to utilize his customer service skills. He is currently working for both UPS and Kroger in Roanoke, VA.

Steven recently added to his business valuation credentials with the accredited senior appraiser designation. Along with being a certified business appraiser and certified M&A advisor, he started his own valuation advisory firm and partners with the Valuation Resource Group in East Greenbush, NY.
