2012 Evening & Weekend

Since graduating, Jon Cordell continued in commercial real estate, joining up with classmates Justin Parr ’12 and Ben Kochalski ’12 at JBC, launching CNA Tower at 151 N. Franklin in Chicago, and recently was acquired by Newmark to build their landlord leasing business. Jon and his wife, Niki, welcomed a little lady, Olivia, on Christmas Eve 2014, and had a boy in March after moving to Southport Corridor (in Chicago) last summer. With wives of Ben, Justin and David Rymarz ’12, Niki founded RingHero, while also in CRE at GPP.

After serving from 2007–2016 on the executive team with a national senior living operator, Adam J. Kaplan launched Solera Senior Living, a next generation venture, to acquire, develop and operate luxury independent, assisted and memory care communities. In the early stages, Adam benefited from being selected as the Fall 2016 Kellogg Real Estate Lab Sponsor. Adam is eager to continue to leverage the Kellogg network in successfully growing the platform.
