Blayn Barnard Smith married Ron Smith in June 2015. Their combined family of seven (Mitchell-13, Hannah-11, Zach-7, Paige-17, Claudia-15) lives in Dallas. Blayn manages ImageArb, a strategy and communications consulting firm she founded in 2011. ImageArb assists investment managers in improving communications with their investors through positioning, key messages, collateral and online presence, visual identity and public relations.

Sara Wegmann recently founded CareerPrep, a professional development and training company focused on helping young professionals launch successful careers.
